Telehealth

In an effort to meet the continuing needs of the Wellmore Centre clients, telehealth provides a treatment option by using either secure videoconferencing or confidential phone sessions to meet with clients. Telehealth services align with the guidelines provided by Ohio Medicaid and Ohio Mental Health and Addiction Services.

Telehealth services provided by the Wellmore Centre include:

• Assessment

• Individual Counseling

• Group Therapy (including the Intensive Outpatient Program)

• Community Psychiatric Support Treatment (mental health case management)

• SUD Case Management

In the event that there are technical issues with the videoconferencing, clients have the option to join via telephone. Clients may contact the office to get step-by-step guidance on how to reconnect through an alternative method.
